大分県の佐伯という海辺の小さな城下町に生まれました。
大学のときに横浜に出てきました。今は東京に住んでおります。

Machiko Miura received formal training as a vocalist from top professionals
in jazz, canzone, chanson and voice training. One teacher, a tenor opera
singer, remarked, “She has a world-class voice.” A noted producer said, “Japanese
voices are not fit for jazz but her jazz voice is exceptional. She creates her own world of music.”
In 1989 she was admitted
to sing at the legendary chanson and jazz house “Gin-Paris” in Ginza. She also
won top prizes at various nationwide contests for jazz and chanson, among
others. She has given yearly concerts, sung at live houses and performed dinner
shows at major hotels in Tokyo.
三浦眞知子さんは、当初より「間違いなく世界的な声」と評価を受け、ジャズやシャンソンの全国コンクールで上位入賞をはたし、「銀巴里」でライブデビュー。以来MANDALAを初め有名ライブハウス、ホテルディナーショー...と範囲を広げ、最近は著名プロデューサーや作曲家から「世界観に満ち、声の魅力、ムードステージング等素晴らしい」と高い賛辞を得ています.。
